Please do not ask me if a breeder is ethical or not, if they are who you feel comfortable buying a dog from ...Please ask questions like: How many litters a year do you have , Do you participate in "Fostering" (This is the practice of placing breeding dogs elsewhere in "Foster Homes" ) This allows the breeder to breed and keep many more dogs than they would be able to keep themselves ...Do you test ? May I see it ? Are you on OFA.ORG? If so may I have the link ? ...Be sure that you are comfortable with who they are and how they house their animals . There are allot of folks out there that participate in "Breeder Bashing" . In my opinion this is wrong. They will spend all night talking bad about other breeders. These breeders that i have listed aspire to the same ethics that I do and are worthy of your consideration.... |
I have extensive and quantifiable health testing , at the time of pick up you will receive copies of all documents. If you go to OFFA.org you will find them listed under the sheroc name. My dogs are also listed in CHIC |

| There are many substances commonly found in all of our homes that are their peril. The following list includes just a sample of the things that can be poisonous to our pets: insecticides, rodent poisons, fertilizers, household cleaners, ibuprofen (Advil), acetaminophen (Tylenol), silica gel packs, glow sticks, antidepressants (Prozac, Effexor), sleep aids (Lunesta, Xanax), birth control products, blood pressure medications, thyroid supplements, heart medications, chocolate, cigarettes, lilies, azaleas, oleanders, philodendrons, antifreeze, and about a hundred other things. Use some common sense to protect your pets. Google a list of plants that are poisonous and make sure you don’t have any within reach of your pets. Don’t leave medications out on countertops, even in their containers. Pets will chew these up. If you drop a pill, find it. Don’t allow pets to have access to cabinets, pantries, or garages where cleaners and chemicals are stored. If you put rodent poisons out, don’t place them where your pet can get to them. If you spray for bugs, follow the directions and keep your pet away from it the appropriate length of time. Keep tobacco and alcohol products in safe places. Marijuana is poison to dogs If your pet eats something it shouldn’t or gets into something toxic, either call your veterinarian or a poison control hotline. If you try any home remedies, be sure to get as much information as you can before proceeding. A good number to call for poisonings is PET POISON HELPLINE at 1-800-213-6680 |
